If you did not receive an SMS verification code, please follow these instructions:
1. Do not input ‘0’ before your phone number after choosing the country code and make sure you have input the correct phone number.
2. Transfer the SIM card into another mobile phone or restart your phone and try again with anti-virus software turned off.
3. Check if your mobile phone is out of service. Please re-submit request by changing network.
4. Check with your phone service company to see if they blocked the system messages and ask them to unlock the service for you.
If you are still unable to receive the verification code, we suggest that you change a verification method.
